The app does not use your location data for tracking, storage, or any other purpose beyond enabling BLE connections.

How Is This Data Processed?

• Email Address: Stored in a secure, encrypted database and used to verify purchases or licenses and for account-related communication.
• Location Data: Accessed temporarily to facilitate BLE functionality. It is not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Email Address: Retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting us at tristan@crystalfocus.net.
• Location Data: Not stored. Access is limited to active sessions when BLE functionality is in use.

Secure Data Handling

All data is processed securely:

• Sensitive data, such as email addresses, is stored in an encrypted database.
• Location data is accessed temporarily and never stored.

How Can You Request Data Deletion?
