Custom ignition using Shatterpoint

Custom ignition for the CFX default package soundfont 'Shatterpoint'. This comes in 125 and 140 pixel setup. If your blade has a different amount of pixels you can resize the bitmap closest to your blade size. Compatible with a pure-red blade. Requires firmware v10.007B or up
